Cheese and Onion Bread

This bread is so incredibly flavorful and delicious-especially warm and with butter! I would highly recommend it for your next dinner party.


Cheese and Onion Bread-adapted from Breadman's Recipe Guide
Total Time: 2 Hours
Makes 2 pound loaf

  • 1 1/3 cups + 1 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in the bread maker and bake on Fast Bake program.

Chicken Fajitas

Chicken Fajitas-adapted from Food Family & Finds
Total Time: 6 hours
Serves 6

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • Tortillas
  • Taco toppings of your choosing
Place all items into a 5-quart slow cooker. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Shred chicken, and serve with tortillas and taco toppings.

Egg Bread

Total Time: 2 hours
Makes 2 pound loaf


  • 3 eggs plus water to equal 1 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup oils
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add all ingredients to a bread maker. Cook on the Fast Bake program.
