Egg Bread-adapted from Breadman's Recipe Guide
Total Time: 2 hours
Makes 2 pound loaf
- 3 eggs plus water to equal 1 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons
- 1/4 cup oils
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add all ingredients to a bread maker. Cook on the Fast Bake program.
