Beef Stroganoff
Total Time: 7 hours
Serves 4
- 1 1/2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
 - 3/4 cup beef broth
 - 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
 - 1 cup onion, diced
 - 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 cup fat free sour cream
 - Pasta or potatoes for serving
 
Place all ingredients except pasta and potatoes in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is cooked through. Serve with pasta or potatoes.
