Balsamic Chicken-adapted from Eating Clean and Saving Green
Total Time 7 hours
Serves 4
- 4 chicken pieces
- 2 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Place all items in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours or until chicken is cooked through
