Soy Garlic Chicken-adapted from Baked Bree
Total Time: 6 Hours
Serves 6
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Spray the inside of a 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place all ingredients in the bottom of the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice.
