Greek-style chicken-adapted from Slow Cooker Recipes by Crock-Pot
Total time: 5 hours
Serves 4
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Place chicken in a greased 5 quart slow cooker. Top with all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender.
